Dr. Maggie McDonnell is the coordinator of the Composition and Professional Writing program at Concordia University, and teaches in the Performa Master Teacher program at the Université de Sherbrooke.

Her research focuses on authentic assessment and feedback, as well as the development of teacher identity in higher education.
