CRASH-UdeS is a research center that brings together professors, researchers and graduate students, to conduct research for the advancement of knowledge in the fields of acoustics and vibration, audio and speech signal processing, structural and medical imaging.
Coming from differents faculty, the research conducted at CRASH-UdeS is interdisciplinary and so, comes from a variety of fields: from engineering (mechanical, electrical, computer, civil) to medical sciences, as well as music and sound arts. As the H of CRASH-UdeS indicates, this research centre focuses on people and aims, through the alliance of all these disciplines, to improve their health, comfort and daily life.
