Practical guide for a great corporate presentation

Many organizations ask us for advice on how to effectively engage and recruit interns and graduates from our university community. Here are some recommendations that can guide you in this regard.

Important instructions

Please send us your form at least ten (10) working days before the desired date for your activity. An electronic invoice and confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Note that in order to organize a visibility activity, you must be a SSDP employer who posts and/or has already posted an internship offer and/or a job offer in Trivio in the past year.

Please also note that the visibility activities for the weeks prior to the beginning of the interviews for each quarter will be reserved for employers with an internship offer for the current quarter and that only one activity will be possible per day.

Cancellation and number of participants

  • As soon as the date of the event is set and confirmed with our team, any postponement or cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of $100 + taxes. The rate is fixed, regardless of the number of people registered for the activity.
  • The Université de Sherbrooke is not responsible for the number of registrations and the actual number of participants.
