Intérêts de recherche

Je m'intéresse à la chimie analytique appliquée à l'environnement et à la salubrité des aliments. Mes axes principaux de recherche sont: 1) La détection des agents de contamination biologique ou chimique pouvant nuire les humains ou l'environnement. Cet axe vise à développer de nouvelles méthodes analytiques plus rapides et performantes permettant la détection des contaminants organiques et des bactéries pathogènes 2) Le devenir environnemental. Le but de cet axe est d'étudier les sous-produits des contaminants issus lors des processus de transformation d'origine anthropique ou naturel. 3) La toxicité des contaminants organiques. L'objectif de cet axe est de développer des tests biologiques plus sensibles basés sur la métabolomique et capables de détecter des effets subtils causés par les faibles concentrations des contaminants environnementaux et alimentaires.
