The main axes are:My research exploits advanced micro and nanofabrication techniques to create innovative semiconductor and superconductor devices and microsystems. The design and fabrication of 3D integrated single photon counting microsystems (detector array on control electronics) The development of the basic elements needed for 3D integration in superconducting systems for quantum computing. Integration in CMOS and testing of TSVs with organic insulator 3D assembly process development Advanced functionalities silicon interposer These activities are done with Teledyne DALSA Semiconductor (Bromont) – Infrared imager project SPAD (single photon avalanche diode) for ultimate timing (<10ps). Superconducting SIW resonator Josephson devices by nanodamascene.
