Printing Order Forms

This service is reserved for students registered in a Master’s or PhD program in Research at the Université de Sherbrooke (UdeS) who wish to have a scientific poster printed for presentation at a scientific or professional event to be held in a location other than the UdeS (convention, symposium, colloquium, international conference, etc.), and not intended for the UdeS community.

You must respect the eligibility criteria, including the deadline, to access the free printing service.

Important guidelines

Any print request that does not meet one of the eligibility criteria, including the deadline, will be systematically refused.

Be careful and attentive: Your poster will not be printed if it does not meet the institutional criteria.

Once the communication has been sent for printing, it cannot be modified.

Required checks before printing

Before sending your poster for printing by this system, you must check the following:

  • You meet the minimum time required for the delivery of your poster.
  • You have customized the size of the institutional template in order to meet the dimensions required by the organizers of the event in which you will be participating (See tips to customize your content and create your poster).
  • You have used an institutional template, and the University logo remains unaltered in the upper left corner, as well as the green border around your poster. The university will not cover printing costs for any poster missing these elements.
  • You have used good quality photos and logos.
  • The resolution quality of your material is 100% (actual size).
  • The file has been saved in PDF format (maximum file size of 10 MB).

  • The document is entitled as follows: yournip_nameofposter.pdf

Delivery delays and disclaimer
