Facilities Fostering Creativity
At the Université de Sherbrooke (UdeS), the layouts of the facilities in our three campuses provide our research community varied and adapted locations for their work: Unique laboratories, sought-after infrastructures, creation spaces.
The environment is designed to provide each researcher with access to spaces conducive to knowledge development. In the humanities and social sciences, it is seldom possible to shine a light on major laboratories. Activities are deployed in teams, resources are human rather than material, and their infrastructures are essentially digital. In applied sciences, laboratories, workshops, and studios are essential. In law, the library is the central location.
Outside of the traditional premises found in every university, learn more about these less instinctive locations, which nevertheless largely influence the UdeS’s method of participating in knowledge advancements.
