Cible(s) de formation

Apply knowledge-building approaches related to language learning and English as a Second Language in particular. Bring together appropriate knowledge and teaching approaches to the learning and assessment of competencies in English as a second language at the primary and secondary (youth sector) levels. Design, with peers, an activity focused on carrying on a short-term task based on typical activities carried out in the English as second language classroom to activate elementary and secondary (youth sector) students’ competencies and complying with the requirements of the programme (PFEQ).

Implementation: Foundations of teaching and assessment of languages and English as a second language using a competency-based communicative and action-oriented approach (QEP); Principles and methods of assessment to support learning; analysis of educational documents for teaching, learning and assessment.
