Understand the entire project planning process and the importance of properly planning and controlling the project; learn the techniques and practices related to the different phases of a project, namely: defining, planning, organizing, monitoring, closing a research project; exploring the basic functions of project planning software such as MS Project; managing research activities; structuring, developing, selecting and carrying out innovative projects; financing and estimating the costs of a project; exploring skills in a project management context.
