Find solutions in a critical and ethical manner to problems linked to teaching English as a second language.
Use or create digital resources in a critical, relevant, conscious and contextually appropriate way.
Collaborating, when needed, in the planning and implementation of joint activities with different institutions or community organizations. Contribute to the development of their professional community and circulation of knowledge, individually or with collaborators, within a professional English as a second language community context or broader, in response to a variety of needs and in diverse spaces for sharing.
Contenu
Implementation: critical perspective on the discipline of teaching English as a second language.
Process of Reflection: models of professional development, culture and professional communities. Conducting a process of reflection and problem solving in the context of brief research or the development of an innovation involving the pedagogical, didactic and ethical dimensions of their professional practices, supported by professional and research-based knowledge.
Mobilizing digital technologies: digital inequalities, developing a critical understanding related to technology, emerging trends in technology; digital creativity and innovation; critical analysis of digital environments. Digital tools and resources relevant to the process of reflection, collaboration and communication.
Communicating and Fostering a Culture of sharing: conditions for and obstacles to effective communication with the professional community and other spaces for sharing professional or scientific knowledge. Skills in oral and written communication when collaborating with different institutions or community organizations.
Collaborating: Collegial dimensions of teaching. Role of different community institutions and organizations in supporting students; modes of collaboration with communities; collaborative projects.
Acting Ethically: interactions with a teaching team and partners in education. Thinking ethically about their teaching-learning and evaluation activities in a context of regulation. Collective agreement; intellectual property.
Competent Action in Situations of Contribution to the Sharing of Knowledge: Integration and mobilization of resources relevant to the circulation of professional knowledge in response to a variety of needs related to the sharing of resources and professional knowledge; mobilizing digital technologies in relevant and contextually appropriate ways according to different situations and constraints; communication, sharing and collaboration with peers or members of the professional community; demonstrating respect for professional ethics.
